• Book the classes you will attend. For training safety purposes, we capped the class sizes to a maximum capacity. Please book beforehand through the Activpass app.
• Classes start at the time stated on the schedule. Give yourself 10-15 minutes before class to change into your training clothes and/or registration.
• Bring your own gear. THR reserves the right to disallow a student from joining class if s/he does not have the proper gear. Please note that we DO NOT store loaner gear at the gym for hygienic purposes.
